- Collaborate with the Creative Services team to execute design projects, reporting to the Graphic Design Manager.
- Contribute to brand development strategies and deployment while demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Manage and execute the layout and design of marketing campaigns, tools, templates, flyers, and other collateral.
- Develop a variety of multimedia content including promotional flyers, newsletters, eNewsletters, animations, Canva templates, and video edits.
- Create multimedia presentations and web-based communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Engage with OpCo marketing teams to support local flyer and marketing material requests.
- Produce effective and visually appealing designs across media types—brochures, advertisements, handouts, presentations, logos, posters, email graphics, and more—for both internal and external use.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and educate others on related legal concerns.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Communicate clearly and concisely at all organizational levels, supporting change initiatives and facilitating team meetings.
- Apply strong listening skills to understand challenges and design thoughtful, strategic solutions.
- Exhibit excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and adaptability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Position Summary:
Responsible for creating original designs that aligns with project objectives and delivers visually compelling, effective design solutions. Projects span animations, publication layouts, logos, presentations, sell sheets, brochures, advertisements, flyers, digital assets, banners, and trade materials. Collaborates closely with the Senior Director of Creative Services and the broader creative team to develop concepts and execute work across print and digital media. Key responsibilities include managing projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment, overseeing production, and coordinating distribution. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while upholding high creative standards.
Required Skills & Tools (Duties)
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and art direction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience working in a Mac environment
• Solid understanding of brand and copyright standards
Job Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge and consistent use of technology; proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with electronic communications (intranet, video, social media)
Knowledge of HTML/experience with popular content management systems a plus (Emma, Joomla, Marketo, etc.)
