      Job Description Summary:

      To design, produce, and deliver Marketing collateral deliverables, and fulfill specific division and region marketing design requests. Serve as a champion and leader for the Swinerton brand for all graphic and collateral.

      Job Description:

      POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

      • Design and production of collateral, graphic design artwork and marketing materials, including proposals, icons, infographics, large format graphics, presentations, events and multi-media pieces, while applying in-depth knowledge of graphic design software and techniques
      • Manage project from concept to completion, while incorporating input from key stakeholders; conceptualize, storyboard and translate ideas into visual elements and collateral development
      • Design, post and audit graphic assets in the knowledge base in Cosential
      • Coordinate, post and audit project specific photography in Cosential
      • Create, organize and maintain a visual assets library for the division
      • Manage and coordinate division photography needs
      • Coordinate video production as needed
      • Design, create and maintain PowerPoint presentation and production of PowerPoint presentations for various events, meetings and presentations
      • Work directly with vendors to bring collateral and branding ideas to reality
      • Aid in distribution of marketing communications materials
      • Ensure quality control through approval of proofs, emails and review/testing of materials before deployment
      • Provide training and design support to Marketers throughout the division and region
      • Submit Swinerton for marketing design/proposal industry awards
      • Plan and coordinate division events (e.g. holiday party, company picnic)
      • Update resumes and project sheets
      • Other responsibilities as assigned

      MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

      • Minimum 4 year college degree and/or combination of 5 years Graphic Design experience
      • Highly skilled in Graphic Design and Production
      • Excellent English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
      • Ability to take specific direction and ask respondent questions to clarify the parameters of assigned tasks
      • Professional and cooperative manner with in-house clients and colleagues
      • Ability to work as a team player on a variety of projects simultaneously
      • Experienced in website management
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the full suite of Adobe Products including PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign
      • Photography skills desirable
