      Position Summary

      We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team, reporting directly to the Creative Services Director. To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, be curious, open to collaboration and take constructive feedback well.

      This role will be required to create eye catching and engaging designs for organic and paid media, email marketing, website assets, ppt presentations and other assorted sales collateral. Additionally, this position will be supporting Senior members of the Creative team in creating assets for larger campaigns and initiatives.

      Responsibilities

      Design and Production (65%)

      • Development of the creative elements for all outbound communication including, but not limited to:
        • Emails
        • Digital assets
        • Sales Flyers
        • Organic and Paid Media
      • Partnering with Marketing team to produce effective, useful marketing pieces
      • Maintain a production timeline and schedule
      • The ability to take creative feedback and apply it

      Marketing Development (20%)

      • Research and creation of best practices for creative pieces
        • Updating as needed
      • Interest and research of open rates/click thru rates/usage of marketing pieces
      • Development and adhering to brand guidelines
      • Development of tools to aid in the creative flow and process

      Sales Team (15%)

      • Interaction and partnership with the sales team to develop and deliver tools to aid in the selling process
      • Aid in the development of sales training tools
      • Aid in the development of tradeshow marketing materials

      Qualifications


      Qualifications

      • Cover Letter and Portfolio Samples or website link must be provided to be considered.
      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • 2-4 years of graphic design experience both digital and print
      • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
      • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and XD. Figma and Powerpoint are a plus.
      • Working knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS
      • Must be detail and design-oriented with technical skills
      • Ability to conceptualize, present, and execute design ideas
      • Ability to take direction and constructive design critique
      • Superior organizational skills: manage multiple projects simultaneously that deliver on time and within budget
      • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to adapt to new tasks quickly and easily
      • Outstanding collaboration skills

      Previous experience necessary:

      2-3 years experience in an in-house agency environment. Prior experience in the apparel or promotional products industries are a plus.
