What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute strategic design campaigns across digital and print mediums for marketing and firmwide initiatives
- Manage and maintain the firm’s website, including content updates and SEO optimization
- Collaborate with marketing team members to develop creative strategies aligned with industry needs
- Design and distribute external communications, ensuring brand consistency and clarity
- Support the video production process from editing to final cut
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a design and/or digital marketing role
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media content strategy, and email marketing platforms
- Excellent design sense with an eye for brand consistency, typography, layout, and detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with video and podcast editing tools and social platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML and backend website content management (WordPress)
- Familiarity with SEO and email marketing platforms like HubSpot
- Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
