      As a key team member, your primary role will involve assisting the Art Director in generating visually captivating assets that align with the brand identity of companies under LTG’s brand family. Your focus will be on enhancing marketing attraction and conversion efforts by creating on-brand materials. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the brands, contributing to the development and expansion of their visual presence across online platforms, videos, and print media.

      Responsibilities

      Creating visual content across all digital platforms and print, including:
      Presentations
      eBooks, whitepapers and similar
      Blog assets, PPC and social media graphics
      Video creation and editing
      Infographics
      Banner & trade show stand design (for events)
      Photography and graphic editing
      Ensuring all work produced is of a high quality and on-brand
      Working closely with the web team to conceptualize and design dynamic websites that provide highly engaging user experiences.
      Working closely with the Art Director (Marketing) for the continued development of the LTG brands
      Ensure visual work created is to the high standard expected within the Group
      Keeping up to date with emerging digital trends and culture
      Articulating and presenting creative ideas to the team and senior stakeholders

      Skills and knowledge

      • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, essential)
      • Experience with Figma essential (Adobe XD a bonus)
      • Thorough understanding of PowerPoint/Google Slides
      • Exceptional attention to detail
      • Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures
      • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
      • Basic animation/video editing skills (After Effects & Premier Pro)
      • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
      • Knowledge of e-learning/training market advantageous
      • Aware of latest developments in innovative technology
      • Commercial awareness
      • Awareness of Microsoft Teams & the Office Suite of apps would be helpful
