      Who weu2019re looking for:

      The Graphic Designer plays an integral role within ARCu2019s Sales and Marketing team. This position is responsible for creating compelling concept designs and final layouts for both print and web applications. The designer will support client needs and company marketing programs, while upholding brand standards for ARC, RIOT Creative Imaging, and our clients.

      The Graphic Designer ensures that all artwork and image files are accurate, properly maintained, and easily accessible for production and future use.

      In this role you will :

      • Conceptualize, create, and deliver high-quality designs for advertisements, brochures, sales literature, point-of-sale materials, trade show graphics, product packaging, environmental decor, and other print projects.
      • Provide in-house and client-facing design support, including conceptual photo mock-ups, proofs, layouts, and final art files.
      • Maintain organized resource files and image libraries for efficient access by the production and pre-press teams.
      • Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with pre-press, production, sales, administrative staff, and clients to meet project deadlines and specifications.
      • Review design requirements and clarify project expectations with clients and team members via email or phone.
      • Gather and inspect client-provided resource files, ensuring all vector art and photographic images meet resolution, color, and sizing requirements.
      • Verify colors using printed PMS charts, swatch books, or client-provided color matches to ensure color accuracy in final output.
      • Determine design time, rates, and deadlines, and provide details to the project coordinator for client estimates.
      • Present final design concepts internally for team and sales feedback before sending to the client for approval.
      • Provide accurate and timely digital proofs to clients for review and sign-off.
      • Serve as backup support for the pre-press department as needed.
      • Foster a spirit of collaboration within and between all departments to deliver exceptional results on time.

      Requirements:

      • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a print production or marketing environment.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, layout skills, and final production-ready files.
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
      • Solid understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and color management.
      • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
      • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
      • Strong organizational skills for file management and resource archiving.
      • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
