      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with program staff to develop concepts and desired aesthetics for various publications
      - Produce custom graphics using both traditional and digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
      - Oversee project coordination with team members, customers, and vendors to meet deadlines
      - Review and advise on design projects to ensure visual appeal and cost-effectiveness
      - Plan and manage the production of complex or time-sensitive publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record or appropriate form of transportation
      - Minimum of four years of graphics arts design production experience
      - A bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic Arts may substitute for two years of experience
      - A bachelor's degree in fine arts with a minimum of 18 quarter (12 semester) hours of graphic arts courses may substitute for one year of experience
      - Specialized training or experience in color separation and correction, scientific illustration, or graphics/web software is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
      - Experience in coordinating digital and print design projects from implementation to maintenance
      - Familiarity with desktop publishing for wide dissemination of information
      - Demonstrated ability to work with cultural humility and responsiveness
      - Experience in working independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
