      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with program staff on design concepts and publication aesthetics
      - Produce custom graphics using both traditional and digital tools, including Adobe software
      - Oversee project coordination with team members, customers, and vendors to meet established deadlines
      - Plan and manage the production of complex or time-sensitive projects
      - Review and advise on design projects to ensure they are visually appealing and effective

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
      - Four years of graphics arts design production experience
      - A bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic Arts may substitute for two years of experience
      - A bachelor's degree in fine arts with 18 quarter (12 semester) hours of graphic arts courses may substitute for one year of experience
      - Must be prepared to present a personal portfolio during the interview process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Specialized training or experience in color separation and correction, scientific illustration, or graphics/web software
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects
      - Experience coordinating digital and print design projects effectively
      - Experience working with diverse groups and conducting work with cultural humility
      - Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
