      Graphic Designer needed to craft, design and execute breakthrough email campaigns across a wide variety of brands. Collaborating with their Associate Creative Director, Email and copywriting partners, the ideal candidate will be motivated, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of what it takes to create emails that break through the clutter.

      Qualifications

      FORMAL EDUCATION:

      1. Required:
      • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience

      KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

      1. Required:
      • 3+ years’ design experience in a creative field
      • Comfort in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc.
      • Fast learner with proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling emails. Strong problem-solving skills.
      • Highly motivated with strong work ethic.
      • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

      1. Preferred:
      • Knowledge of email design and best practices a plus
      • Working knowledge of a WYSIWYG email builder (Marketo), as well as screen design tools (Figma, Sketch) and other email programs a plus.
      • Retail merchandising knowledge a plus.
      • Agency experience a plus.

      TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

      1. Required:
      • Strong understanding of email design

      Responsibilities

      1. Partner with the Copy team to craft, design and execute breakthrough email/SMS campaigns and supporting Blog posts as necessary.
      2. Along with Associate Creative Director: Email, partner with the Marcom Engagement team to track analytics of launched email/SMS campaigns, identify trends and apply learnings to subsequent projects
      3. Stay up-to-date with current design trends, email best practices and new technologies to continuously improve email design and performance.
