- Create engaging and effective designs for print and digital materials, including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and agents to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Prepare and present design concepts and mockups to agents for review and feedback.
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
- Logs billable hours for accurate agent billing.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience (2+ years) working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio highlighting your design capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment; ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with UI/UX design, and/or motion graphics is a plus.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with agents and colleagues to produce visually appealing designs for various projects across print and digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to use your design expertise to bring concepts to life and contribute to the success of our agent’s marketing campaigns.

Wage: $52,000 - $62,400 annually, actual wages based upon education and experience
