Job Description

- Develops creative solutions that meet business partner marketing goals and objectives.
- Participates in creative brainstorming, theme development and concepts to develop effective strategies for sales and marketing promotions, campaigns and solutions.
- Is responsible for taking projects through the design cycle - including interacting with business partners, developing timelines, adhering to project schedules and following up with business partners.
- Collaborates with project managers, writers, designers, vendors and business partners on development of materials.
- Presents work to business partners professionally, persuasively and purposefully. Pitches concepts in a manner that projects the creative passion of our team while enhancing business partner relationships.
- Collaborates with Manager, Content and Design and Senior Graphic Designers to develop and maintain corporate brand standards and visual identity guides.
- Coordinates production aspects of projects with various departments in the enterprise. Oversees quality, including proofing and press checks. Must have a strong understanding of file preparation for production, and four-color offset and digital printing.
- Collaborates with colleagues to refine processes, create efficiencies and define departmental standards.
- Proactively pursues self-development on a continual basis.

- Bachelor's Degree Or higher in fine arts, graphic design or related field. - Required

Overview
The Graphic Designer enhances the team's creativity, quality and collaboration. Always with a "team first" mentality, the Graphic Designer shares our drive to develop branded graphic communications and help advance organizational objectives and sales. Partners with the Director, Content and Design and the Senior Graphic Designers to develop innovative design solutions. Works with moderate supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions. Updates Manager on a regular basis.
