      Lendlease will be transitioning our in-house Graphic Design team to Kuala Lumpur later this year, and we are currently looking for multiple talented Graphic Designers to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Graphic Designer at Lendlease, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our marketing strategy through creative outputs and contribute to our continued success and shape the future of our projects worldwide.

      As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

      Strategy & Planning:

      • Work with the Business Unit Marketing teams to support the delivery of their marketing strategy through creative outputs.
      • Ensure that design work is completed within agreed timeframes and contribute to refinement of SLA’s.
      • Engage with stakeholders as to their design requirements.

      Design Studio:

      • Take briefs and interpret from concept to finished art.
      • Liaise directly with internal customers to understand their needs, changes, and final artwork requirements.
      • Undertake all amends and ensure that these are sent to the client with no errors.
      • Work with the Business Unit Marketing team to ensure high-quality output within agreed timeframes.
      • Collaborate internally as well as with business units to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms.
      • Deliver client-focused graphic solutions and materials.
      • Creation of banners and tiles for our digital platforms.
      • Create PowerPoint for senior leaders and external presentations.
      • Undertake in-house video and animation production work using existing templates or starting from scratch.
      • Approve artwork submitted via our internal Artwork Automation platform Canva. Creates templates for Canva and can also produce artwork from the Canva platform.
      • Creates maps using our Map Creator platform and stays on top of updates and new features.
      • Is disciplined around the use of our traffic management system around time per job and closing out finished jobs.
      • Archiving of studio design files.

      Brand:

      • Act as a brand champion through the delivery of design work.
      • Provide creative solutions to ensure we achieve the best out of the master brand.
      • Highlight any brand execution challenges.

      Additionally, The Successful Candidate Will Have:

      • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Visual Communication or Graphic Design.
      • A minimum of 3 years industry experience working across both B2C and B2B clients.
      • Ability to take business unit briefs.
      • Exceptional knowledge of print production/pre-press and Photoshop re-touching are essential.
      • A proven track record of juggling multiple projects.
      • Sound understanding of workflow systems and corporate sign-off processes.
      • Comprehensive knowledge of Creative Cloud using the following: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro, Premier Pro and After Effects.
      • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Microsoft products including a solid knowledge in PowerPoint.
      • Solid knowledge of CSS, HTML, and Java.
      • Personal Attributes:
      • Ability to work well in a team, as well as autonomously and be a point of contact for the design team.
      • A pro-active 'can do' approach and multi-tasking skills in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to both take direction and lead projects whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
