As part of our Marketing team, you’ll help shape the look and feel of our brand across digital, print, and event platforms—making sure every touchpoint is as impactful as the events we support.

  About the Role

  We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s equal parts creative visionary and detail-driven executor. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to develop engaging visuals that support marketing campaigns, internal communications, and branded experiences.

  From concept to final file, you’ll own the design process—bringing ideas to life through digital graphics, print collateral, presentations, signage, and more. You’ll also be the go-to for branded merchandise, helping ensure our team looks sharp and on-brand at every event.

  What You’ll Do

  • Design a wide range of materials including web graphics, presentations, signage, internal comms, and marketing collateral
  • Translate strategic direction into high-impact visuals that align with our brand identity
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
  • Maintain and organize our internal library of design assets, photography, and video
  • Coordinate and order branded merchandise, uniforms, and promotional items
  • Support marketing campaigns, special projects, and company events
  • Stay current on design trends and tools to keep our brand fresh and modern

  What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
  • A portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, and attention to detail

  Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with WordPress or content management systems
  • Photography and photo-editing skills
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience (Premiere, After Effects)
