- Study design briefs and determine requirements for all projects
- Schedule projects according to prioritized needs
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare initial concepts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
- Use the appropriate colors, styles, and layouts for each graphic and project
- Work with copywriters and marketing team to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Bachelor's degree design, fine arts, or similar discipline preferred
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and collaborative design software (such as Canva)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana (or other project management software) preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas

Position:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate prospective, current and past guests. They will also develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, digital communication, signage, and more.
Location Requirements:
Please note that this position is not remote. We are only considering applicants who are within commuting distance to Paws Up Montana or those who are open to relocating to the area.
