      *This is an onsite role* - Atleast 3-4 days onsite a week


      Description :
      We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you help design and create digital marketing materials for social media and other platforms. This person will support the Quill brand guidelines in their day-to-day work and have a clear understanding of the Quill customer. Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Suite, Figma, other graphic design applications, and motion design. This is a mid-level role that reports to the art director. The Designer must understand the scope of each project request and how it impacts schedules, objectives, and deliverables. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines and high quality creative excellence.

      Primary duties and responsibilities:
      • Build an understanding of the Quill brand and lead the delivery of the brand standards through a variety of creative deliverables
      • Responsible for outputting design solutions based on previous work for our print, web and email channels.
      • Support the Quill brand guidelines in day-to-day work and have a clear understanding of the Quill audience.
      • Collaborate with other Agency team members to understand execution dependencies to create solutions and experiences that are executable.
      • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the creative execution maintains a strong, consistent look and feel.
      • Actively participate in creative kickoff meeting, provide design recommendations as well as present concepts during creative reviews.
      • Will work closely with the account services team to be balance client expectations, requirements and schedules and ensure design solutions effectively communicate to drive business initiatives.
      • Understands marketing, digital, and media industry trends/developments and uses this knowledge to leverage ideas for Quill.
      Creative development and execution
      • Along with a creative partner, design/write and execute work that communicates our brand in an engaging, persuasive way
      • Present and sell work to Agency leadership and business partners

      Skills:
      • 4-5 years of experience in advertising/marketing focused design experience
      • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
      • Typography and Motion design a plus
      • Strong online portfolio with examples of digital projects demonstrating creative thinking and execution.
      • Experience designing across multiple platforms and/or devices
      • Have strong project managements skills and ability to move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects.
      • Must be motivated, highly organized, flexible during peak workload, detail oriented.
      • Sense of humor, positive attitude

      Education:
      High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
