- Conceptualize, layout and design for print and digital collateral
- Pre-press knowledge and ability to produce mechanicals for offset print, merchandise, and digital mediums using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Ability to conceptualize and develop social media campaigns and stand-alone advertisements
- Ability to work with internal business owners on high-end presentations, infographics, direct mail pieces, and other various design and print requests
- Working with outside vendors such as printers, mailers and others
- Designing web content alongside developers
- Ability to function as project lead when assigned
- Special projects as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted instead of degree
- Minimum five (5) years of graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic knowledge of Video and Audio production is a plus
- A strong eye for detail while being able to complete projects quickly
- Keen eye to preserving the integrity of the design throughout the entire development process
- Self-motivator/flexible/team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs
- Travel to multiple facilities may be required

The Graphic Designer shall be responsible for playing a key role in designing all aspects of Santander Consumer USA Inc.'s (SC) and its product’s visual identity and brand. This includes internal and external print and promotional items, presentations, online banner ads, email campaigns, customer and dealer collateral items, direct mail, web, social media, and search engine marketing campaigns.
