- 2+ years of multimedia graphic designing experience or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office on both Mac and Windows platforms.
- Experience designing for both digital and print.
- Knowledge of pre-press and printing processes.
- Strong layout skills. Typographic and color theory competence.
- Ability to organize projects, and work both as part of a team and independently
- Ability to ensure company standards of quality are maintained on every project.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with high energy, and a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to understand web and mobile design standards and best practices, and how video can be best integrated in these different experiences
- Ability to draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and artworks, using a computer.
- Must possess superior interpersonal communication skills. (Listening, writing, and speaking)
- Must be self-motivated and able to take projects from start to finish with little oversight and deliver in a timely manner
- Must be detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask.

Responsible for conceptualization, creation and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies, in a wide range of graphic applications including collateral materials, environmental graphics, catalog publications, brand identity, company presentations, packaging, and tools. Create experiential marketing experiences through graphics across multiple marketing channels, as well as collaterals for all events, while keeping up with current creative trends.

• Assists the Art Director in creating concepts, comps, layouts, and final art.
• Presents visual solutions to internal clients and helps communicate strategies behind design ideas and executions.
• Assists the Account Executive to help keep projects on track.
• Collaborates with the WSE Marketing team to optimize creative concepting and ensure effective final products.
• Create graphics and layouts for events, logos, and websites.
• Create concepts, design and deliver graphic elements, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts, across all social/multimedia platforms that include, but are not limited to, emails, landing pages, cross-channel marketing campaigns, digital banners, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral.
• Communicate and create travel inspiration through visuals and animations.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, and copy, and select style and size of type.
• Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for the printer.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and 2+ years of related experience. or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
