- Lead Development: Create packaging design layouts for new product innovations and large-scale rollouts.
- Artwork Preparation: Prepare press-ready artwork, manage print and press specifications, and ensure final outputs meet brand and production standards.
- Collaboration: Work directly with production and supply chain teams to coordinate specification approvals, attend press checks, and oversee packaging trials.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and roll out key visuals for consumer campaigns across print, digital, and in-store.
- Creative Assets: Design and develop assets for e-commerce platforms, digital display ads, and social media content.
- POS Materials: Create and implement Point of Sale (POS) materials including displays, shelf-ready packaging, and retail signage.
- Website Management: Update and maintain consumer-facing websites, ensuring product information, visuals, and messaging remain current and on-brand.
- Internal Assets: Design internal communications assets, presentations, branded signage, and digital assets to support business-wide initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing) to ensure timely rollout and visual consistency of internal communications materials.
- Asset Adaptation: Resize and adapt creative assets for use across multiple platforms and regions while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Library Management: Manage the full asset library of brand, company, and packaging assets, creating accessible libraries for teams and external partners.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a packaging and communications design role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in packaging layout, print and press specifications, proofing, and production coordination.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with packaging CAD tools and pre-press workflows a plus.
- Strong conceptual and executional design skills across both print and digital environments.
- Experience in managing website content and CMS updates (basic HTML/CSS knowledge advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management across multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with sustainability-focused packaging initiatives.
- Familiarity with motion design or video editing.
- Exposure to digital marketing trends in FMCG e-commerce and retail.
