Job Description

Drive creative design and execution for print and interactive brand marketing: websites, email-marketing campaigns, trade shows and events, branded presentations, posters, training materials, product launch materials and more.
Coordinate with the Creative Director + Associate Creative Director and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand strategy.
Confirm all graphic design projects meet basic requirements for client usability, brand integrity, and marketing message accuracy.
Provide basic graphic design production support for internal and external customers
Manage multiple projects and exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills
Exhibit excellent knowledge of applications and design principles
Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment or independently
Have fun and create amazing work!
Graphic Design Degree required
3-5 years' experience, in-house or agency
Portfolio required
Ability to come into the office 2-3 days a week based on project needs
Exceptional aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of design principles
Exceptional sense and use of layout and typography
Print and web design capabilities and knowledge; must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
Must have excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience in Flash, html and CSS is a plus
