      Job Description Summary

      C&W's Global Occupier Services business development team is seeking a Graphic Designer that is an innovative, hard-working individual who enjoys creative thinking, team collaboration, and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. In this role, you will provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of deliverables. You will collaborate with proposal managers, sales leads, and subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into engaging graphics across presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials. Candidates must be passionate about design excellence and strategic storytelling, creating deliverables that elevate the company’s competitive edge.

      Job Description

      CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

      · Design high-impact presentations, proposals, and other client-facing deliverables tailored to client messaging and solutions, incorporating custom graphics, maps, and visualizations that clearly communicate complex real estate data and strategies.

      · Lead and manage all creative aspects of a project from initial concept through final execution, including idea generation, development of ideaboards or sample slides, and design execution; ensure alignment with C&W’s brand to the prospective client’s brand, values, and voice.

      · Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to meet specific client or pursuit preferences, ensuring visual cohesion across deliverables.

      · Collaborate cross-functionally with proposal managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to visually interpret and enhance technical content through compelling design.

      · Blend imagery, infographics, photography, and multimedia elements to create engaging visual narratives that support business development goals.

      · Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the pursuit process to align design expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

      · Work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.

      · Prepare materials for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and quality across formats.

      · Support the team by organizing and maintaining templates and graphics libraries for future reuse of materials.

      QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

      · Strong team player who embraces mentorship and feedback with a growth mindset; receptive to input from managers, creative leads, peers, and sales teams, and able to apply feedback to produce high-quality, strategic deliverables.

      · Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented approach by anticipating challenges, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and consistently delivering work on time while maintaining professionalism and respectful communication.

      · Maintains a high level of attention to detail by organizing files and design libraries for seamless global collaboration and ensuring all final deliverables are polished and accurate.

      · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

      · 2+ years of professional graphic design experience; experience supporting business development or sales teams is a plus.

      · Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)

      · Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.

      · Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional.





      The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


      The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


      The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00
