Graphic design of various documents and communication tools, including leaflets, brochures, fact sheets, promotional banners and selection of promotional items, especially for digital platforms
Make PowerPoint presentations using advanced features
Demonstrate technical skills for various tools and software
Comply with Desjardins' graphic standards while being creative
Diagnose project issues, challenges and needs
Analyze client information and requests, develop and propose recommendations

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Advanced oral and written knowledge of French
Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Proficiency in Adobe Creative
Proficiency in publishing and printing
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premier
Knowledge of accessibility
Knowledge of automation

You help promote investment solutions by designing and developing business development tools for financial advisors across Canada and the caisse network.
