      As a graphic designer for the Sales Support Department, Communications, Marketing and Events component, you design and carry out graphic design projects in the digital fields. You help promote investment solutions by designing and developing business development tools for financial advisors across Canada and the caisse network. You help implement and promote the organization's brand image by designing graphics to support business initiatives, communications, business outreach and events. More specifically, you will be required to :

      • Graphic design of various documents and communication tools, including leaflets, brochures, fact sheets, promotional banners and selection of promotional items, especially for digital platforms

      • Make PowerPoint presentations using advanced features

      • Demonstrate technical skills for various tools and software

      • Comply with Desjardins' graphic standards while being creative

      • Diagnose project issues, challenges and needs

      • Analyze client information and requests, develop and propose recommendations

      What you bring to the table

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field

      • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

      • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

      • Advanced oral and written knowledge of French

      • Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative

      • Proficiency in publishing and printing

      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

      • Knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premier

      • Knowledge of accessibility

      • Knowledge of automation
