Collaborate with business partners on marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
Design projects including but not limited to print, logos, branding, advertising, promotional items, social content, and merchandise.
Support presentation design needs in PowerPoint and serve as a checkpoint for logo usage and brand standards.
Precise proofing of all materials, ensuring all collateral is ADA-compliant, prep files for print and/or fabrication, and upload assets to catalog on digital asset management system.
Assist with linking marketing materials through digital asset management system.
Handle project management of multiple design projects at a given time.
Assist with template creation and maintenance, rate changes and review and updating and maintaining templates on backup catalog.
Assist Senior Design Partner with video and photo shoots, as well as selections and color correction for final publication.
Collaborate with other designers and colleagues to edit, color correct, and animate assigned projects.
Support technical knowledge of equipment requirements and video standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience required. Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
1+ years' experience in marketing environment with video production experience strongly preferred.
Portfolio of design work demonstrating skills and creativity required.
Adobe Creative Cloud software – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro (Premiere Pro and After Effects are encouraged for video editing) required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams required.
Experience with B2B marketing and social medium channels highly preferred.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, self-motivated and adaptable to new situations.
Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization.
Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills; with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Graphic Design Partner will assist the Creative Services' team needs and implement marketing activities in support of the organization’s objectives.
