      Position Summary
      Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Production within the Creative Services team, the Graphic Production Designer will help execute digital assets across various campaigns. You will work closely with other creatives, delivery managers and marketing strategists to execute and release module-based email layouts; display, social and affiliate banners; graphics and templates. You have knowledge of digital and accessibility best practices and enthusiasm to support CVS Health’s standards in a professional manner. A background in retail, e-commerce and/or user experience a plus.

      Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Leverage and reinforce existing company and campaign brand standards for design and process

      • Execute & keep organized multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment

      • Understand marketing briefs and have the ability to translate them into strategically designed deliverables

      • Collaborate with copy team, designers, marketing operations to deliver on the brief and project expectations

      • Understand and leverage our system of responsive email modules and their capabilities

      • Design, and produce pixel-perfect digital assets to spec within branded layouts

      • Package and deliver optimized project files for release

      • Maintain brand, campaign and accessibility standards

      • Currently working in-office Tuesday through Thursday


      Required Qualifications

      • Portfolio link or samples must be provided for consideration

      • Minimum of a college internship to 3 years of working as a designer at an agency and/or corporate environment

      • Technical skills include proficiency with a Mac, the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office


      • Preferred Qualifications

      • Some experience with WorkFront, Stensul, Figma and HTML is a plus.

      • Ability to understand and communicate how individual projects relate to larger campaign strategies

      • Strong attention to detail and file management capabilities

      • Thrive in a fast paced, highly-collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

      • Well organized and able to communicate ideas

      • Strong team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Ability to take creative direction but also support your creative decisions


      Education

      • High School Diploma or GED required

      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $40,600.00 - $89,300.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
