  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and produce engaging multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and animations for various platforms
  - Assist with filming, editing, and post-production of video content for presentations and communications
  - Create visual assets for branding, campaigns, and internal communications, adhering to brand guidelines
  - Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team
  - Contribute to the creation of executive reports and presentation materials, ensuring clarity and visual impact
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience
  - Proficiency with industry-standard design and multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  - Experience in video production, including filming and editing
  - Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise
  - Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with animation and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Edge, or similar)
  - Basic photography skills, with the ability to capture and edit professional-quality images
  - Understanding of design for desktop and mobile platforms (Android/iOS)
  - Social media savvy, especially with visual content creation
