  Job Summary

  This position is responsible for the execution of activities to support the IT/IS governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program. Team members will play a vital role in reviewing contractual terms, revising language, and ensuring alignment with company policies and capabilities. Activities include but are not limited to conducting research and utilizing familiarity with Information Security Frameworks and internal policies to draft revisions to contract language. Additionally, the analyst will be involved in customer relationship management and supporting various GRC activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the IT/IS GRC program and gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment.

  NOTE: This hybrid role is located in CHICAGO IL ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

  Required Job Qualifications:
  * Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of IT / IS work experience with a broad range of exposure to Information Security GRC concepts.

  *Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to various technical and non-technical audiences.

  *Ability to apply analytical and research skills when drafting proposed changes to Information Security terms within contracts.
  *Understanding of IT / IS concepts and how to articulate those in terms of risk.
  *Collaborate well with individuals across IT/IS and business units, as well as at all levels of the organization.
  *Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices
  *Take initiative to solve complex problems; an “outside –in” perspective to identify innovative solutions
  *Work independently, with guidance in only complex situations
  

  Preferred Job Qualifications:
  *Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
  *Experience with a GRC solution / tool

  *Relevant Information Security Certifications such as: CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.

  * Experience with IS Frameworks such as: HITRUST, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, NIST.

  *Experience with and understanding of overall GRC concepts.

  Base Pay Range

  $53,500.00 - $118,100.00
