      I. Job Summary
      Manages administrative financial, and reporting functions of the Green Team.

      II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Serve as primary support to the Green Team in the areas of performance management, benefits and compensation, payroll, workers compensation and accident injury reporting, and other initiatives.
      • Assists with performance metrics associated with GT deployment.
      • Coordinate and mobilize all of the logistical aspects of deployment of Green Team employees to designated sites of natural or national disaster, strike, lockout or any other extraordinary event, including:
        • Travel setup and coordination;
        • Managing temporary labor contract/agreement;
        • Manage all aspects of securing and providing temporary living accommodations, meals, local transportation from hotel to site, and personal services (laundry, sundries, etc.).
        • Direct all communication needs (emergency contact information, phone, etc.)
      • Coordinate, and assist with the execution of specific training targeted to Green Team members including:
        • Safety training;
        • Cross training efforts (equipment, etc.);
        • Behavioral environmental training;
      • Develops and analyze metrics, such as employee productivity reports.
      • Engages suppliers in problem solving and participates in suppliers’ improvement processes by providing performance feedback on supplier surveys.
      • Partners with Procurement to minimize the total number of suppliers used by working with Supplier Partners to eliminate/reduce the number of one-time suppliers.
      • Direct all communication needs (emergency contact information, phone, etc.); and
      • Logistics coordination with Green Team Sr. Managers via redeployment meetings
      • Ensures compliance by maintaining and updating DQ files. Creates and maintains interdepartmental reports.
      • Manages expense report process.

      III. Qualifications

      A. Required Qualifications:

      • High School or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant experience Required
      • 5 years HR, Operations, Business Admin, or similar experience required in addition to education requirements Required

      B. Preferred Qualifications
      Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Operations, Business Administration or similar area of study (accredited) Preferred.

      IV. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
      • Operations background and practical experience required;
      • Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities;
      • Strong communication skills; verbal and written
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment;
      • Solid abilities in MS Office and Excel Spreadsheets;
      • Ability and willingness to travel 30% as needed.
      • Ability to work extended and non-traditional hours, when necessary

      The expected base pay range for this position is $78330.00 - $102,000.00 annual salary. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
