      This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

      Job Description:

      As a GreenLake Solution Architect, you will deliver value to customers by architecting effective As a Service solutions that address our customer’s business requirements. Applying your exceptional relationship building skills, you will build strong rapport with customers, understand their environment and be a true trusted adviser to their business.

      As an experienced Solution Architect, you will bring knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and tools to succeed in constructing winning and market competitive solutions.

      Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

      • Develop well-architected managed service solution designs for our customers covering IaaS & PaaS GreenLake “As a Service” models, incorporating infrastructure, cloud, and security.
      • Communicate the value of the GreenLake solution in terms of financial return and impact on customer business goals.
      • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels and collaborate with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs to facilitate the definition and development of the solution.
      • Partner and collaborate with account teams and various HPE stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation, and support of these solutions.
      • Present and demonstrate the value of the HPE’s products and services to new and existing customers.
      • Perform requirement scoping, solution design, SOW creation, and price estimating for all GreenLake Management Services solutions.
      • Be the subject matter expert for all GreenLake Management Services solutions across Australia & New Zealand.
      • Lead and write quality and winning responses to RFQ/RFQ/RFI requests.
      • Conduct negotiations for and with sales representatives during the sales cycle.
      • Lead teams and collaborate closely with business leaders, sales, consultants, and architects, both internal and external to HPE.

      About You:

      • 4 plus years’ experience in a similar role from an operational, managed services, sales, delivery, and architectural background.
      • Experience with financial services and/or leasing industry with a focus on customer and contract negotiation.
      • Knowledge and experience in the end-to-end sales process with proven success in closing multi-million-dollar deals.
      • Core, Edge, and Cloud IT Knowledge of industry technologies, such as backup and storage solutions, compute to hyper-converged, Virtual Desktop, Virtualization, public/private cloud.
      • Proven experience applying architectural methodologies and ITIL Framework.
      • Business, commercial and financial acumen to build solution & pricing models to meet bespoke customer requirements.
      • Professional communications skills and ability to interface with customers at senior levels and with C-levels and decision-makers.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, writing and presentation skills.
      • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
