Job Description

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant’s seating system
- Coordinate with the service team to manage table turnover and seating flow
- Escort guests to assigned tables and provide menus or introduce the server
- Answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, restaurant, or hotel offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and reception area
- Communicate guest preferences and special occasions to the service team
- Monitor and manage guest wait times professionally and efficiently
- Assist in ensuring all guests receive a personalized and welcoming experience
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and grooming standards
- Competitive Salary: $15.50 an hour

- Previous host/greeter or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) a plus
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk and escort guests throughout the dining room
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
