- Hold yourself accountable for exceeding every guest’s expectations.
- Familiar with reservation systems, such as Open Table.
- Ability to remain composed while maintaining a waitlist. Strong customer communication skills.
- Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations.
- Clearly understand and hold yourself accountable for the expectations of the Host or Hostess position.
- Treat the restaurant as if it were your own.
- Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates.
- Assure that your daily actions reflect TPI’s nine core values.
- High School or Equivalent
- Greeting customers.
- Top-notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
- Standing and walking more than 50% of the time
- The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
