      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitoring and managing information related to provider quality assurance issues
      - Analyzing data to identify trends within grievance, appeal, and clinical data sources
      - Creating actionable analysis and identifying effective solutions with minimal supervision
      - Reviewing policies and procedures to make recommendations for changes in alignment with guidelines
      - Training internal and external customers on quality assurance reporting requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in mental health, public health, psychology, sociology, public administration, management information systems, statistics, or related field
      - Minimum of two years working in human services/behavioral health post-bachelor’s degree or analyzing data sets
      - Knowledge of Federal and State regulations on Behavioral Healthcare grievances and appeals processes
      - Proficiency in personal computer use and MS Excel
      - Good oral, written, and graphic presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with customer service, provider relations, or similar activities
      - Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance abuse issues, and/or intellectual disabilities
