Job Description

- Properly check out equipment
- Deliver assigned food to appropriate venues/ Stock restaurant requisitions
- Collect trash/garbage from venues and transport/manage properly
- Keep up with Portable restroom turn over
- Deliver Water to appropriate venues, using all regulatory and proper safety techniques at all times
- Create strong working relationships with food and beverage outlet staff
- Be able to operate the Snow cat safely and smoothly on terrain up to intermediate level safely.
- Be able to operate snow cat in tight confined spaces, precise parking, trailer hook-ups, etc., safely and smoothly.
- Properly document and report all work done, fuel used, etc. Fill out all paperwork and turn in properly.
- Assure equipment is properly taken care of, operated, cleaned and put away
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Provides a guest experience that exceeds the guest’s expectations.
- Supports TSG Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives.
- Adheres to TSG Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
- Motor Vehicle operation and valid Driver’s License
- Basic understanding of ski area operations

- Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

If you have been interested in learning how to operate a snocat and wish to become a part of the after-hours family of Mountain Operations, apply to join our Haul Cat team. The standard shift if 4days/week, 3pm-midnite. We operate the premier brand of snocats: Pisten Bully. Previous equipment operation, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a big plus, but not absolutely necessary. A strong work ethic, integrity, good physical fitness, and a positive disposition are traits we desire on our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to learn new skills, and who prefer to play each day and work after the lifts have shut down. Also a great opportunity to learn cat operations to become a member of the Slope Grooming team in the future. Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
Prior heavy equipment experience preferred
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must have a thorough understanding of slope and grade planning.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Also thorough understanding of cause and effect as it pertains to the movement of material, stockpiling of material, and work flow.
Computer Skills:
Must be able to use and understand touch screens, tablets with basic software

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The pay rate for this position is $22.00/hr.
