Full-time Groundskeeper at Meadows on Main in Whitestown, IN and Canterbury House Apartments, Lebanon. $18.50/hr. Responsible for maintaining the property's curb appeal with duties including trash pickup, lawn care, light landscaping, and upkeep of common areas. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a clean, welcoming environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Make sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Less than 1 year of experience
u00B7 u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
