- General landscaping e.g. weeding, maintaining flower beds, lawn maintenance
- Grounds pick up
- Assisting with basic maintenance repairs
- Apartment make-ready duties
Join our fast-growing family as a Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance Technician for Oakhill Apartments in Wadesboro, NC. In this role, you will be working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure all operations within the apartment community are running smoothly and efficiently.
Pay: $16 per hour + Quarterly Incentives
Schedule: Full Time
