What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine claim eligibility and manage ongoing claims for benefits, adhering to legal guidelines
- Communicate with customers, beneficiaries, and business partners to gather necessary information
- Handle high call volumes and respond to various inquiries regarding claims status and benefits
- Review medical records as needed to assist in claim evaluations
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all covered claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of professional life insurance experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook)
- Strong investigative skills and ability to analyze facts to draw conclusions
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills

- Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology
- Proven track record of driving results in a complex matrix environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
