What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between Claims organization, Sales/Brokers, and clients
- Provide high-quality customer service and service recovery
- Communicate complex terms effectively to clients
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address client needs
- Identify trends and propose solutions to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of group benefits claims experience
- Expertise in claims management and adjudication
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet access
- Located in the United States or Puerto Rico
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with STD, Paid Family Leave, or Statutory Leave programs
