      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage new client health plan implementation projects to ensure readiness ahead of benefit effective dates
      - Serve as the primary client/broker contact throughout the implementation process
      - Coordinate the acquisition of plan documents and vendor selection for medical and dental providers
      - Address and resolve issues related to eligibility data and claims processing
      - Maintain overall project ownership and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during the implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline
      - Minimum of 3 years of project management or software implementation work experience
      - Previous experience working directly with clients or brokers
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in health plan insurance, benefits administration, and/or with third-party administrators
      - Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to navigate a dynamic technological environment
      - Experience managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude
