      JOB TITLE: Group Internal Audit Analyst

      SALARY: £56,322 - £62,580

      LOCATION(S): London, Bristol, Edinburgh

      HOURS: Full-time

      WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least

      two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

As part of Group Internal Audits Strategy, Technology and Change team you will be part of the team responsible for auditing the transformation as the Group implements it's multi-year strategic outcomes.

      What will you have the opportunity to do?

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and provide assurance over the Group’s strategic goals and objectives.
      • Provide comprehensive audit analysis, considering internal and external factors.
      • Monitor and evaluate progress towards strategic outcomes through both audit work and business monitoring activity.
      • Work collaboratively across the audit function to support assurance activity touching every corner of the Group.

      What you’ll need

      • Previous financial services, audit or risk experience is required.
      • Ability to see the bigger picture and align outcomes with the Group’s strategic ambitions.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate challenges, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders on collective priorities or complex issues.
      • Aptitude for working across multiple teams, fostering collaboration, and leveraging diverse perspectives to shape outcomes that align with organisational goals.
      • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external to GA&CI.
      • Willingness to seek new skills, explore innovative ideas, and adapt your approach in response to changing circumstances.
