      About the Role:

      Ferrero Group Headquarters is looking for a Group IT Technological Project Manager to join the IT department, reporting to the ITS Portfolio Manager.

      Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity you will manage infrastructure projects with a focus on transversal technological projects.

      As a part of the IT Enterprise Architecture Team (EA), and in collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Technology Engineering, Service Management and Operations (TE_SE_O), you will be responsible for the design and evolution of the information technology infrastructure landscape of the organization.

      You will collaborate closely with transversal IT Project Managers, Project Managers and CoEs in the Platform. This entails developing and implementing IT strategies to meet the business needs of the company.

      Moreover, you will support EA in developing and analyzing solutions to meet the EA guiding principles and you will contribute to the overall EA framework by providing updated or new standards.

      Main Responsibilities:

      As the Group IT Technological Project Manager, you will ensure projects and programs concerning our worldwide organizations including related companies are delivered on time and within budget. To achieve architectural consistency, you will also keep these projects and programs aligned with the overall IT strategy and culture.

      In this role, you will introduce new or revised technologies, equipment, applications or systems into company work processes to optimize operations through technological advances. In addition, you will work on integration projects in the context of IT service harmonization and M&A, using industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

      Moreover, you will oversee the integration of different parts of a transversal IT infrastructure project by collaborating with the CoEs in TE_SE_O and in IT Platform.

      You will develop the project plan according to project scope, objectives and approach, defining activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams, highlighting milestones and deliverables. You will regularly discuss project plans and updates with the project sponsor.

      Your activities will include maintaining a complete knowledge of the technology and technical processes, allocating funds and ensuring availability of the materials necessary to achieve project objectives.

      Lastly, you will oversee the interviewing and recruitment of IT project personnel and the budgeting for projects. You will supervise and coordinate project staff during the course of a project.

      Who we are looking for:

      You will bring a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Management or related field and 4-7 years of experience, ideally within the multicultural environment of a complex cross-functional organisation.

      Possessing a comprehensive understanding of general IT technology principles you will succeed in this role thanks to your proficiency in operating technological equipment, tools, and systems and your ability to provide IT solutions to address business needs.

      Your strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills will prove very valuable. As will your international mindset, learning orientation and ability to manage stakeholders.Your certification courses in business analysis, PMP, or PRINCE II are welcomed.

      Lastly, you are performance driven and have strong ethical values.

      You are available to travel up to 20-25% of the time.
