      We @ AA are responsible for the worldwide Automotive Aftermarket business within Bosch. In more than 150 countries, our 13,000 employees supply customers in trade and workshops with vehicle and commercial vehicle spare parts, modern diagnostic and workshop technology & software for diagnosis and service training. In addition, the Automotive Aftermarket is responsible for the “Bosch Service” workshop concepts, one of the world's largest independent workshop chains.

      The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket division for over 40 years.

      • As group lead transport logistics overseas, you are responsible for a team of 8 colleagues in Karlsruhe and 2 colleagues in Belgrade organizing all transports (sea, air, express, rail, truck) from Karlsruhe region warehouses as well as Biskupice, Poland warehouse to Bosch warehouses and customers worldwide.
      • You are working closely with the SLC colleagues worldwide as well as LOP-colleagues worldwide to ensure smooth and efficient transports on these lanes. The freight forwarders are your partners and you are in close contact with them.
      • Continuous improvement of complex logistical processes across regions as well as driving further digitization and automation within transport processes are key in your role.
      • You are part of the customer backlog initiative to improve the situation with transport logistic focus.

      Qualifikationen

      • Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in Industrial engineering, economics or a comparable subject
      • Experience and Knowledge: Logistics experience ideally within AA business
      • Personality and Working Practice: open minded and able to integrate international processes with customers around the world
      • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English
