- Lead state-of-the-art data science applications and grow their impact on our R&D Nutrition & Health portfolio
- Support the team to implement data analytics methodology, build new analytical tools, and generate predictive models to transform our portfolio towards data-driven, translational research
- Develop a talented group of junior and senior scientists in Data Analytics to grow their career ambitions as experts and managers
- Partner closely with subject matter experts across the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences and stakeholders to set strategic priorities
- Masters and/or PhD in Data Sciences, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional work experience in data sciences in the domain of life sciences
- Experienced people leader with a track record of growing talent
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data science disciplines like biostatistics, multi-omics integration, predictive modeling, or ML/AI
- Track record in scientific publications and a strong external network
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
