      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and create reports for marketing, media, and digital channels, including loyalty and subscription services
      - Drive a strategic roadmap with actionable outcomes that provide business value
      - Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize requests for data products and insights
      - Lead a team of BI engineers and data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions
      - Ensure high-quality delivery through the establishment of internal frameworks and accountability structures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 5-8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative insights within an enterprise setting
      - 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
      - Proven experience in building a reporting ecosystem focused on self-service solutions
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in understanding causality principles and modeling incrementality
      - Familiarity with experimental design and analysis principles
      - Prior experience managing and influencing diverse stakeholders across multiple functions
      - Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members effectively
      - Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
