- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Gather, manage and prioritise product requirements across multiple squads and ensure all are heading towards an overarching goal
- Communicate the product strategy to the team and broader Coles stakeholders
- Build and foster a world-class, high-performing diverse team
- Work closely with the engineering, experience and marketing teams to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Relevant experience in Omni/Marketing tech
- Relevant experience in Retail, FMCG or FMCS
- Data driven background, with strong experience in using analytics and listening tools to help product teams better understand their customers
- Experience leveraging customer data to enhance experiences along the customer journey
- Strong experience building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
- Skilled n working collaboratively with engineering, design and marketing

About the role
As the Group Product Manager - OmniTech, you will lead a team accountable for building and executing on strategic roadmap of omni-tech solutions to deliver upon our strategic priorities across the customer journey. You will be a SME on customer data collection, curation, consent and management, working with key stakeholders across the business to leverage this data to create audiences and experiences that deliver enhanced customer and business value. You will be responsible for developing a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high quality experiences and improves business metrics.
