Job Description

- Handle the turnover of the group contract and verify accuracy in systems.
- Group rooming list input and management.
- Set up billing patterns and oversee rooming lists for groups. Will liaison with hotel clients often.
- Works closely with Front Office to ensure accuracy of reservations and room allocation
- Lead weekly group pickup meetings for follow ups with cutoff dates and rooming lists.
- Maintain group pick-up reports and communicate with Sales regarding upcoming groups cut-offs.
- Monitor room type availability daily.
- Monitor & manage group inventory in each individual block.
- Work with the Convention Service Manager and Group Clients with group rooming lists, reservation changes, and group billing – according to contract and email history.
- Transient commissions, to include OTA monthly audits & Preferred invoices.
- Delphi/V1 audits weekly to ensure blocks and space (Penthouse units) are held accordingly.
- Additional task regarding reservations, commissions or revenue management based on demand to be determined by DORM.
- Previous Hotel customer experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Candidate must have the ability to multi task
- Ability to accurately input and access data
- Exceptional with detail and follow up
- 2+ years of hotel experience required
- 1+ years of a luxury hospitality setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge in and or experience with Forbes 5 Star service standards is preferred.
