      We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Regional Sales Leader to join our leadership team in a senior role that carries strong succession potential within the company. This position is critical to driving sustainable commercial growth, enhancing customer partnerships, and leading a high-performing team across a defined geographic region.

      Key Responsibilities

      Strategic Sales Leadership

      • Lead and manage the end-to-end commercial execution across the assigned territory.

      • Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals.

      • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and competitive positioning.

      Team and Talent Leadership

      • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers and individual contributors.

      • Coach, develop, and retain top commercial talent with clear career pathing.

      • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and associate engagement.

      Stakeholder and Customer Excellence

      • Serve as a key contact for strategic customers and KOLs, strengthening long-term partnerships.

      • Oversee complex negotiations, contracts, and tender processes with government and private clients.

      • Partner cross-functionally with Service, Marketing, and Operations to deliver outstanding customer experience.

      Market and Business Intelligence

      • Analyze SFDC sales funnels, forecast performance, and monitor KPIs.

      • Utilize Oracle, Business Objects, and other tools for regional performance insights.

      • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.

      Distributor and Channel Management

      • Appoint, onboard, and manage regional distributors.

      • Monitor compliance, inventory planning, and long-term partnership growth.

      • Align distributors to national strategies and expansion plans.

      Operational and Financial Accountability

      • Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and pricing approval processes.

      • Support crisis management and act as the escalation point for key business challenges.

      • Ensure compliance with Beckman Coulter’s safety, legal, and operational policies.

      Qualifications and Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Clinical Pathology, or equivalent.

      • Business management diploma or advanced degree preferred.

      • 14+ years of experience in a commercial/healthcare setting, with at least 5+ years in regional leadership.

      • Strong expertise in distributor management, KOL strategy, and government accounts.

      • Proven success in managing topline revenue and profitability across large geographies.

      • Technical proficiency in Oracle, SFDC, SharePoint, Business Objects, and MS Office.
