What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Research and develop new leads for property business and participate in sales calls
- Upsell business opportunities to maximize revenue potential
- Execute operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals and writing contracts
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with 1 year of experience
- Understanding of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue
- Ability to close business opportunities based on market conditions and location needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders
