      Reporting to the Performance Marketing & Growth Lead, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be the champion behind the Paid Advertising, SEO and Affiliate activity of Grownalchemist.com globally. In a small and dynamic team there will be 3 main areas of focus for this role and a lot of scope to make an impact and drive on of our highest growing channels.

      Paid Advertising Operations & Trading

      • Supporting Lead and own briefing and build across all paid ads including Google, Meta, TikTok and Affiliates in partnership with agency.
      • Support Lead in forming strategy behind ads surrounding but not limited to; key products, audience building, key cities, spend ratios.
      • Contribute to and manage Agency meetings, taking notes, owning results and follow up actions.
      • Own Campaign Q&A Process for Go live following tight deadlines and coordination across Trade and Brand Marketing team to share assets with agency and communicate issues and delays.
      • Consistently reporting actionable insights from current and past ad performance suggesting options for optimisation.
      • Use AB testing , personalisation and automation to gain deeper insights on audiences and acquisition tactics, providing actions for upcoming campaigns and valuable insights to creative teams on content delivered.
      • Take the lead in connecting off-site and on-site reporting, creating reports that measure traffic quality across the conversion funnel.
      • Track and manage spend across channels and current trading pace and budget forecasts, trading where relevant in line with overall budget and calendar.
      • Coordinate feed management with Agency and Internal Development.

      Affiliate Management –

      • Working with Affiliate agency to manage placement set up, performance and budget.
      • Support with setting up new Affiliate Networks within the Affiliate Platform.
      • Reporting of results, pro-actively planning the activity in partnership with the trade team to drive new customer acquisition and site traffic and revenue.
      • Calendar Management and coordination of off-site activities.
      • Brief any creative content required.

      SEO Support & Set Up –

      • Building out SEO Strategy in conjunction with Performance Lead
      • Implementing actions in partnership with Trade team (Eg. Backlinks, Indexable Pages, Content Containers)
      • Partner with Trade and Creative team on Copy, notably PDP in sharing key word research conducted and direction to support overall organic health.
      • Manage the Blog creation and strategy, with support from the trade team, brief Blog content and manage Calendar, in line with key work research and competitor analysis.
      • Using SEM /SEO tools to report on brand demand, key word research and share of voice and weave this feedback into upcoming campaigns across all channels.
      • Create local language strategies within research and findings.
      • Work with PR Agency to find Digital PR opportunities to support SEO and report on success.

      Cross Functional Support & Projects –

      • Owning medium sized projects such as Holiday/Peak Cross-Functional Management, Duel Ambassador Program Experience and Agency Process Management.
      • Invoice & Payment Management
      • Supporting with Ad Hoc request related to Store Openings.
      • Supporting with Site Redesign Activities feeding in with SEO insights and competitor analyses.

      Required Knowledge & Competencies

      1. 1-2 years experience in a similar role with a focus on channel specific performance marketing
      2. Strong understanding of paid search advertising platforms (Eg. Google Ads).
      3. Experience with social media advertising platforms (Eg. Meta, TikTok)
      4. Working knowledge of using a CMS (Shopify preferred) is a bonus.
      5. Working knowledge of Digital Analytic Tool (GA4 preferred).
      6. Working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing Software/platforms (eg. Awin)
      7. Proven experience working with Agencies
      8. Proficiency in social media platforms and solid understanding of internet culture and latest trends
      9. Highly driven and flexible, a self-starter who thrives on owning job responsibilities
      10. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes
      11. Strong inter-personal skills, to build relationships across multiple departments and with international colleagues and thrive in an agile environment.
      12. Excellent Analysis skills and the ability to drive action and insight from findings
      13. An interest in beauty, skincare and the creative elements surrounding our beautiful products.
