      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
      - Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup and customization
      - Collaborate with IT’s Salesforce Support team to troubleshoot and resolve user technical inquiries
      - Oversee data integrity and management tasks, providing quarterly reports on data compliance
      - Provide training and support to Salesforce users, including development of training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or related experience
      - Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications
      - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
