      Main Purpose:

      Responsible for driving the sustainable growth of Puma Pris through the acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization of users or customers. This role will oversee executing, measuring, interpreting, and optimizing Puma Pris's digital strategies.

      Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

      Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align growth strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent user experiences across loyalty and cross-selling campaigns.
      • Plan, develop, and implement strategic initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and cross-selling opportunities through Puma Pris.
      • Estimate the budget for digital marketing campaigns.
      • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify top-performing strategies and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
      • Create, execute, and monitor campaigns across various channels (push notifications, WhatsApp, in-app messages, and email marketing) aimed at increasing app downloads and user engagement.
      • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize app download strategies, user participation, and cross-selling initiatives.
      • Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, user retention, and cross-selling effectiveness to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
      • Manage Puma Pris’s website content, analyze traffic, and drive app downloads through the site.
      • Analyze the performance of Puma Pris campaigns on Puma Energy’s social media channels to improve views, downloads, and the registration/download conversion rate.

      Requirements

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or Industrial Eng.; advanced degree preferred.

      Experience:

      • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or related roles, specifically focused on mobile app growth and engagement.
      • Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing platforms to manage and optimize user engagement campaigns.
      • Dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing and Growth Responsible with expertise in digital marketing tools to drive significant growth in mobile app downloads and boost cross-selling through our loyalty programs.
      • Knowledge in data analytics will be valued for the position (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
      • Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and retention strategies is highly desirable.
      • Proactive, data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven record of leveraging MoEngage's capabilities to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
      • Proven experience driving mobile app downloads, user retention, and successful cross-sell/up-sell campaigns.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
      • Comfortable with digital tools for customer engagement (e.g., chatbots, social media platforms).
