- Brand insight: Own rider insight work (e.g. brand surveys, interviews) from methodology to execution, lead the analysis and present insights to deepen the understanding of user needs and inform broader rider-facing priorities.
- Data-driven decisions: Apply a structured analytical approach to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights using a mix of tools, methodologies and cross-functional input to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts, inform tactics and decision making to drive growth and optimisation of the rider journey in line with the company goals.
- Continuous optimisation: Set up and manage A/B testing frameworks to improve growth efforts across channels (e.g. messaging, discount strategies) and enhancements to owned marketing surfaces (e.g. website, appstore), and support initiatives that increase rider experience and acquisition, and encourage upsell behaviour, in close collaboration with teams across the commercial organisation.
- Creative alignment: Act as the bridge between Growth and Creative teams, support correct prioritisation, alignment and timely delivery of brand assets, and ensure campaigns execution in physical- and digital formats are informed by data and directly support the growth.
- Brand- and creative processes: Own, maintain and continuously improve tools, workflows, and documentation that support consistent and efficient creative and brand execution across the organisation.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or growth - ideally in tech or fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets to uncover insights that informs growth strategy.
- Experience running A/B tests, experiments, or pilots with clear success metrics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate, navigate ambiguity and create alignment across teams.
- Ability to manage owned surfaces and digital touch-points.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the Growth Marketing Manager you will report to our Head of Growth Marketing and lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth through acquisition and upsell in the rider base. In this role you will own the analysis, deliver actionable insights, and lead structured cross-functional initiatives that support the growth and optimisation of the rider journey in collaboration with the rest of the growth marketing team and other stakeholders across the organisation.
