 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Support the creation of long-term MarketPoint strategy by developing high-quality, Board-ready deliverables
 - Manage work streams within engagements, including conducting research, interviews, and report-outs
 - Conduct independent analysis and modeling to identify new growth opportunities
 - Assist in converting strategic plans into actionable initiatives and inspire team engagement
 - Communicate the value and impact of MarketPoint initiatives to the broader organization
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
 - 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
 - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex analysis and modeling
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with slide design
 - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in managed care or provider sectors
 - Proven track record of setting and exceeding performance metrics
 - Ideal candidate resides within 50 miles of Louisville, KY
